Listing Details

There are 3 Alpine plans available at the moment at Parkside. The Alpine plan has a real laundry room, which is so rare in condos, and can accommodate a desk. The bedrooms are on separate sides of the living room , for privacy. The bathrooms are both beautiful and the kitchen has more storage than usual and a 5 burner gas cooktop, counter depth fridge and integrated dishwasher 704 has wood all over, including the bedrooms and it's in the dark colour scheme, which not many people chose, but now all want. Mountain views, surises , A/C, 9 ft ceilings, 2 giant side by side parking spots and a good storage locker add to what is special. Then there are the amenities : indoor pool, gym, outdoor bbqs and rooftop deck on the 5th floor, joining the 2 towers. Shown by appointment.
